A crew moves dirt to build a mound on a parcel at the Five Points intersection near Lewes. Eventually, a lighthouse will be placed atop the hill and the area will be landscaped to promote the Coastal Club community under construction on Beaver Dam Road, according to Louise Holt, Delaware Department of Transportation spokeswoman.
