(Lewes, DE – August 2014) – ANN MALLOY, a sales associate with Long & Foster^® Real Estate, Inc., the largest independent residential real estate company in the United States, has been named Top Selling Agent and Agent With The Most Units Sold for July 2014 for Long & Foster’s Lewes office, located at 117 Savannah Road.

 Ann has been an agent for over 17 years and has had her Broker’s license for the past 8 years. She is a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS).  Ann brings to real estate the unique background of running her public events business for twenty years.  She originated a series of antiques, craft and jewelry shows that numbered more than twenty each year. As owner manager, she scheduled the events, selected vendors, provided facilities and set up, marketing and floor management. She was a founding member of the Professional Show Managers Association which has grown into an international organization.  Her experience in understanding the broad aspects of a public business has translated into approaching real estate as a consulting and personal relationship business.  As a result, many of her past clients have become close personal friends.
