Ann Malloy, a sales associate with Long & Foster Real Estate Inc., has been named top selling agent and agent with the most units sold for July 2014 for Long & Foster’s Lewes office at 117 Savannah Road.

Malloy has been an agent for over 17 years and has had her broker’s license for the past eight years. She is a Certified Residential Specialist. Malloy brings to real estate the unique background of running her public events business for 20 years. She originated a series of antiques, craft and jewelry shows that numbered more than 20 each year. As owner-manager, she scheduled the events, selected vendors, provided facilities and setup, marketing and floor management.
She was a founding member of the Professional Show Managers Association, which has grown into an international organization. Her experience in understanding the broad aspects of a public business has translated into approaching real estate as a consulting and personal relationship business. As a result, many of her past clients have become close personal friends.
