Georgetown man sought in assault of teen girlfriend

Delaware State Police are searching for a Georgetown man they say assaulted his teenage girlfriend July 27 as she walked along a road.

George Miller, 22, assaulted his girlfriend, 17, while she walked along Bethesda Road, said Master Cpl. Gary Fournier of the Delaware State Police.

Police are searching for Miller in connection with the following charges: Strangulation, third-degree assault, terroristic threatening and endangering the welfare of a child.
