A Bridgeville man and two from Laurel were charged Aug. 12 in connection with a home invasion Aug. 10 at a Greenwood home.
Damien C. Quillen, 21, of Bridgeville, Matthew S. Duryea, 20, of Laurel, and Joshua S. Duryea, 24, of Laurel went to a home in the 11000 block of Adamsville Road at 1:20 a.m. and tied up a 26-year-old resident, said Master Cpl. Gary Fournier of the Delaware State Police.
The men then removed several weapons from the home and fled. The victim was unharmed, Fournier said.
Quillen turned himself in to police after they called his home Aug. 12; the Duryea brothers were arrested later that day, Fournier said. Police found all seven firearms at their home, he said.
All three subjects were charged with home invasion, second-degree burglary, wearing a disguise during the commission of a felony, seven counts of theft of a firearm and second-degree conspiracy. All three men were committed to Sussex Correctional Institution in default of $99,000 cash bond.
