McGuiness ready to get back to work

August 15, 2014

I want to extend my graditude and appreciation to all of those who took time to vote, both in person or absentee, to support my run for Rehoboth Beach commissioner.

I am honored and humbled once again to have been elected to serve. I was privileged to run with Mr. John Meng, Mr. Bunky Markert and Mr. Larry Myslewski, as they all deserve congrats for their sincere interest in city affairs and for putting all the work necessary into running for office in this year’s election.

Our city has many wonderful green spaces, trees, parks and of course, our beach, that need protection and preservation, as well as the best commercial district on the eastern shore.

I look forward to working with our Rehoboth residents to promote and support our diverse businesses and our wonderful city.

I am anxious to get back to work to help usher forward the valuable projects already underway as well as protecting our hometown character with future facility and tech upgrades.

I will work hard to represent all of the people who live, own property and work here to ensure a vibrant, livable community.

Many thanks to you!

Kathy McGuiness
commissioner-elect
Rehoboth Beach
