Latrina "Trina" Clark, former Beebe employee

Latrina "Trina" Renée Clark, 49 of rural Lewes, ascended peacefully into the arms of Jesus Sunday morning, Aug. 24, 2014, at the Delaware Hospice Center in Milford.

Trina was a graduate of Cape Henlopen High School, Salisbury University and Wilmington University. She loved serving her community as a respiratory therapist and progressed professionally to the role of director of the Pulmonary Services Department at Beebe Healthcare until health issues forced her early retirement. After retirement, she dearly enjoyed spending time with “her daycare babies.”

She is survived by her parents, John W. III and Barbara A. Clark of Lewes; two daughters, Erica and Brittany Reese of Lewes; one brother, Bryan and wife Shorel Clark of Lewes; one sister, Karen Clark-Lowman of Wake Forest, N.C.; two nephews; three nieces; two foster bothers; and a host of uncles, aunts, cousins and friends.

Services will be held at St. John’s 2nd Baptist Church, 26602 Mount Joy Road in Millsboro. Public viewings will be held Friday, Aug. 29, from 6 to 8 p.m., and Saturday, Aug. 30, from 10 a.m. to 12 noon at the church. The Home Going Service will follow at noon. Burial will be private. Professional services are entrusted to Short Funeral Services, 416 Federal St. Milton.
