Clara Bennett of Milton was called from labor to reward Tuesday, Aug. 19, 2014.
Clara was born Oct. 27, 1947, the daughter of the late Arthur Brown and Bertha Brown Platt. Clara Brown Bennett was born in Randolph County.
Funeral services will be 1 p.m., Saturday, Aug. 30, at Friendship Baptist Church, 500 West 4th St., Lewes, with a viewing two hours prior to the service. There will also be a public viewing from 6 to 8 p.m., Friday, Aug. 29, at the church. Interment will be at the Friendship Baptist Church Cemetery, Lewes. All services are entrusted to Bennie Smith Funeral Home, Milford.
