Mario J. Sgrignioli, Container Corp. retiree
Mario J. Sgrignioli, 84, passed into the Arms of Jesus Thursday, Aug. 28, 2014.
Mario worked for 45 years for the Container Corp. of America. He loved spending time fishing with his sons, and taking his children to see historic sights.
He and his wife of 64 years, Dorothy, moved to Pot Nets Mobile Home Park on Long Neck in Sussex County. He was a member of the Long Neck United Methodist Church and became a member of several of the church’s Christian groups.
He is survived by his loving wife, Dorothy; three sons, James, John, and Michael; three daughters, Marie, Gina and Lisa; and also a longtime family member, Michael McMahon.
Mario’s Memorial Service will be held Saturday, Sept. 6 at 11 a.m., at the Long Neck United Methodist Church, 32051 Long Neck Road, Millsboro.
