Arthur Craig Greenwood, proud concrete paver

Arthur Craig Greenwood, 55, of Millsboro, passed away suddenly Saturday, Aug. 23, 2014.

Born in France to American parents stationed there in the U.S. Army, Craig was the son of Woodrow Arthur Greenwood and Babette Ritter Greenwood.

He attended Indian River High School and graduated high school in Salisbury, Md.

He worked in construction and was schooled in Baltimore, Md. in concrete finishing and color stone paving. The beautiful entrances to many hotels and casinos in Delaware were done by Craig. He enjoyed fishing, hunting, and all sports.

He was the beloved father of Nicole B. Greenwood, Jami N. Greenwood and granddaughter Tahli Greenwood. He is also survived by his father, Arthur; his mother, Babette; a brother, Brent Greenwood; a brother, Jay Greenwood and his family (wife Joy and daughters, Molly, Lainey, Lily). He is also survived by his 97-year-old grandfather, Robert J. Ritter. He was preceded in death by his much loved grandparents Woodrow and Irene Greenwood and Winifred Ritter. He was also preceded in death by his loved uncles Joel Ritter and Ronald Greenwood.

Craig was a U.S. Army veteran and interment was held in the Delaware Veterans Memorial Cemetery. In lieu of flowers please send any donations to Disabled American Veterans, P.O. Box 14301, Cincinnati, OH 45250-0301 or www.dav.org.
