September 4, 2014

“Sussex County: Known and Novel Sights” art show opens with a reception from 5 to 7 p.m., Friday, Sept. 12, in the Milton Historical Society art gallery annex.

Local photographer and artist Keith Steck has chosen to highlight the beauty and scenic diversity of Sussex County to tourists and locals alike in the Milton Historical Society’s latest art exhibit. Steck’s photographs show details of both well-recognized sights and lesser known places in the area. Steck’s interesting perspective on Sussex County will make a person stop and look twice at sites passed by daily.

The reception is free and open to the public; refreshments will be served. The show runs until Oct. 15. The MHS is located at 210 Union St. and is open Wednesday through Saturday 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.
