The 11th annual Delaware Resorts Home & Land Expo will take place at the Rehoboth Beach Convention Center, Saturday and Sunday, March 29-30. The expo benefits Sussex County Habitat for Humanity, the nonprofit organization assisting qualified residents with simple, affordable housing.
Free to the public, the exhibitor show is sponsored by local web directories RehobothToday.com and LewesToday.com, the Cape Gazette and Comcast Spotlight.
“We’re pleased to continue our support of Sussex County Habitat for Humanity,“ said expo co-founder Kathy Benson. “Along with our cash donation, Habitat receives proceeds from refreshments sold during the event, and we also provide them with exhibit space.”
The Home & Land Expo has become the area’s premier showcase of homes, and related goods and services, attracting thousands of visitors to the annual event. It presents the area’s top realtors, builders, developers, mortgage, and home service companies, many of which will be giving away gifts and prizes.
Local residents considering a new home, renovation, addition or needing just about anything for their home will find the expo valuable for shopping and gaining important information, while prospective residents living a distance away will find it an excellent opportunity to become familiar with the entire marketplace - all under one roof.
