Dr. Abby Rosen and Dr. Gilah Rosner will hold a holiday healing retreat, Tools for Lasting Transformation, Friday, Dec. 5 through Sunday, Dec. 7, at their Broadkill Beach house.
The weekend will provide attendees with techniques for lasting transformation, designed to nurture body, mind and spirit, while deeply relaxing at the beach.
The group will explore psycho-spiritual tools, such as voice dialogue, which have the power to transform negative patterns of behavior that cause pain and problems in life and in relationships, and to shift consciousness into a place of greater awareness and healthy responsiveness.
The weekend includes overnight accommodations and four healthy meals – dinner Friday, breakfast and lunch on Saturday and brunch on Sunday. Yoga, massage, meditation and nature walks are available.
The fee for the weekend is $425 per person, with a 10 percent discount for couples.
Rosen, founder and director of InnerSource, A Center for Psychotherapy and Healing in Annapolis, Md., is a licensed psychologist who works with individuals and couples. Her upcoming book is titled “L.A.S.T.I.N.G TRANSFORMATION: Life and Soul-Lesson Therapy for Inner Growth & Transformation.”
