| Artists and artisans are assembling their wares for the Holiday Fair to be held from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., Saturday, Nov. 7, at the Rehoboth Art League’s Henlopen Acres campus in Rehoboth Beach.
Forty artists, many of them new to the show, have committed to the one-day exhibition of works in all styles and media. The featured artist for this year’s 22nd annual show will be artist David Scott Ennis of Rehoboth Beach.
An admission donation of $5 entitles visitors to one chance for the Chinese auction items donated by each artist and additional chances are $1 each or six for $5. All of the auction items will be displayed in the Ventures Gallery for full public review, but visitors will want to be sure to explore the entire art league campus - decorated with holly and red ribbons – and discover what each of the five buildings has to offer.
The Village Improvement Association will offer lunch for shoppers, as well as a bake sale.
Artists co-chairing this year’s show are Sue Bartley, Betsey VonDreele and Karin Snoots. They’ve brought artists from the area and surrounding states to display a broad range of work in mixed media, jewelry, paintings, textiles, calligraphy and many other arts and crafts.
