The event will be held at 5 p.m., Saturday, Nov. 14, at Mt. Zion African Methodist Episcopal Church, 18211 Beach Highway, Ellendale. The keynote speaker for this year’s event is Sussex County Councilwoman Joan Deaver. Dinner is catered by the social committee from Mt. Zion AME Church, and the menu will consist of fried chicken, baked chicken, roast beef, mashed potatoes, greens, honey-glazed carrots, rolls, iced tea and dessert.

All tickets are $25 per person and must be purchased in advance. There will be no tickets sold at the door. Tickets may be purchased by calling Harold Truxon at 422-4304 or Diaz J. Bonville at 645-7544. The dress is semi-formal. Checks should be made payable to ECCIA and mailed to ECCIA, P.O. Box 327, Ellendale, DE 19941. No refunds. The public is invited to attend.
