The 13th annual Delaware Resorts Home Expo will be Saturday and Sunday, March 27-28, at the Rehoboth Beach Convention Center.
The free expo is sponsored by local web directories RehobothToday.com and LewesToday.com, the Cape Gazette newspaper and Comcast Spotlight. Proceeds from the expo benefit Sussex County Habitat for Humanity, the nonprofit organization assisting qualified residents with simple, affordable housing.
The expo showcases homes, and related goods and services. Last year it attracted more than 2,000 visitors. Exhibitors include Realtors, builders, developers, mortgage firms and home-service companies, many of whom will be giving away gifts and prizes.
Local residents considering a new home, renovation, addition or a variety of home services consider the expo valuable for shopping and gaining important information. Prospective residents living a distance away find the expo an opportunity to become familiar with the entire marketplace.
