All Delaware State Parks that charge an entry fee are collecting from park visitors. Daily entry fees remain unchanged. The fee for Delaware residents is $3 for inland parks and $4 for beach parks. Fees for nonresidents are double the resident rate. The fee season continues until Nov. 30.

Annual passes are available for an annual fee of $54. Delaware residents pay a discounted rate of $27. The passes allow vehicle access to any state park charging an entry fee, with a few exceptions, for the entire fee season. Discounts and special programs are available for senior citizens, active-duty military personnel and certain special populations. The opening of the parks’ fee season coincides with campground reopenings at Cape Henlopen, Delaware Seashore, Killens Pond and Lums Pond state parks. The cottages at Killens Pond and the Indian River Marina are open year-round.

Due to the recent severe weather, some services may not be available in the campgrounds.
