The 4th Sunday of Advent - Joy

Our 4th Sunday of Advent. Our theme is JOY. Joy is different from happiness. Happiness comes from the outside...like when a friend stops by or you just finished a good book.
Joy is an inside job. Its that feeling that rumbles up from inside us when we see or experience things that touch our hearts. I know you can think of many examples when your heart is touched....I can. That's joy.

And THAT feeling is what this Sunday is all about. The joy that we feel inside when we realize that we are connected, all of us. And that connection is to the One, our Creator.

It's kind of overwhelming....

Unity will hold a Candlelight Service Christmas Eve starting at 6 PM at the Unity Spiritual Center. The Service is based upon the 7 Gifts of the Christ Child. All are welcome to attend.
