Basketball Player Development and Skills Training
High School and NCAA athletes looking to improve their game have found a summer home at Factory Sports.
Factory Sports ‘More Better’ player development and skills training program is led by Cape Henlopen High School Girl’s Basketball Coach, Pat Woods. Ever since taken the reigns as head coach at Cape HS, the Vikings have been one of the top teams in the state of Delaware.
As for the program, top players from the region have been a part of this program since the beginning. “Our players started as high school freshman with us and now they are at Kutztown University, Randolph-Macon, and school across the country. It is pretty wild”, said Coach Woods. “One of the best experiences we have had is having Luka Garza, from the University of Iowa, here last summer. To watch what he did in college last season and say he was here - that’s pretty cool”, added Woods.
The talent does not stop there. Athletes from University of Maryland Baltimore County, Penn State University, and commits' to Arizona State and Memphis University frequent the courts at Factory Sports during the summer.
