Bayhealth to Offer Free Prostate Screenings in September

August 15, 2018

Bayhealth is driven to offer services to the community that provide early detection of cancer—including prostate screenings. Prostate screenings are important for all men, but they’re especially important for those with a family history of prostate concerns, those aged 65 and older, and those who are African American.

In September, Bayhealth will offer prostate screenings for the community as follows:

  • Milford—Monday, Sept. 17, 5 to 6:30 p.m. at Bayhealth Cancer Center, Milford Memorial, 21 W. Clarke Ave.
  • Dover—Saturday, Sept. 22, 9 a.m. to noon at Bayhealth Cancer Center, Kent Campus, 640 S. State St.

The prostate screenings are free but you must pre-register by Monday, Sept. 10 for the Milford screenings and by Monday, Sept. 17 for the Dover screenings. To pre-register, call Katie Killen at 302-744-6562.
