BBQ Ranch Bacon Burgers made with Matteo’s Munch-A-Lotta Sauce

INGREDIENTS:

1 pound ground beef

4 slices cheddar cheese
1 sliced tomato
Lettuce
8 slices of bacon, cooked
4 hamburger buns, lightly toasted
1 cup BBQ sauce of your choice
INSTRUCTIONS:
Build a charcoal fire for direct cooking and preheat the grill to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
While the grill heats, gently mix ground beef, Matteo’s Munch-A-Lotta sauce, and BBQ sauce in a large mixing bowl. Form beef mixture into four 1/4-pound burger patties.
Grill the burgers for approximately 4 minutes per side until they reach an internal temperature of 160 degrees Fahrenheit. During the last minute of cooking, top burgers with a slice of cheddar cheese.
To assemble the burgers, place burgers on the bottom bun. Add Matteo’s Munch-A-Lotta Sauce and BBQ sauce to the burger. Add lettuce and tomato slices, along with the bacon. Brush additional BBQ and Matteo’s Munch-A-Lotta Sauce
