Ingredients:
- 16 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/3 cup beer
- 2 tablespoons Scotty O’Hotty Roasted Pepper Sauce
- 1 envelope ranch salad dressing mix
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- Pretzels
Directions:
- In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese, beer, Scotty O’Hotty Roasted Pepper Sauce and dressing mix until smooth. Stir in cheddar cheese. Serve with pretzels.
