Nanticoke Health Services is pleased to announce that Brenda Brunskill, RT(R)(VI), has been named Employee of the Month for September 2018.

Brenda started her career at Nanticoke Health Services in November 2006 as a Radiology Technologist in the Radiology Department. She now works as a Cardiac Catheterization Technologist in the hospital’s Cardiac Catheterization Lab, where she is known for her dedication to her patients and her peers. She is willing to do whatever necessary to care for her patients and help her coworkers. Patients and their families routinely note how appreciative they are of her care and compassion. Brenda is also very budget-minded and works hard to minimize equipment and procedure-related expenses while still providing the highest quality of care to Nanticoke’s patients.

Brenda received her associate degree in Radiologic Science from Delaware Technical Community College in Georgetown and is certified in vascular interventional radiology by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists. She is also involved with Nanticoke’s Cardiology operations team, which she helps to improve daily operations, implement new policies and procedures, and quality controls.

Brenda is a native of Bridgeton, New Jersey and lives in Laurel with her husband Deon, and their two daughters, Jaslene and Aaliyah. She enjoys spending time with her family, going to the beach, and watching her girls play sports. She also serves as an active member of the Nanticoke Lenni-Lenape Native American tribe.

Nanticoke appreciates all of Brenda’s hard work and dedication. Please join us in congratulating her as the Employee of the Month for September 2018!
