Delaware Real Estate Leader Carol Barnhardt Joins Coldwell Banker Premier to Oversee Three High-Performing Offices

Barnhardt's Top-Producing Sales Team is Also Joining the Brokerage

July 16, 2026 (Delaware) - Carol Barnhardt, whose nearly 40-year career has included brokerage ownership, franchise leadership, agent development, and mortgage management, has joined Coldwell Banker Premier as Sales Manager for its Rehoboth Beach, Lewes, and Milford offices, effective immediately. Carol also continues to serve as Operations Manager for her successful sales team, The Barnhardt Group, which will join Premier in the coming days.

 In her new role, Barnhardt will oversee approximately 80 agents across the three offices, providing coaching to help them strengthen their businesses and navigate upcoming industry changes, while working alongside the company's talent attraction team to welcome more agents to the company.

 Barnhardt began her real estate career in 1986 and earned her broker's license just two years later. Alongside her husband, Bob, she went on to own and operate successful Realty World, Century 21, and RE/MAX franchises in New Jersey. In 1998, Barnhardt expanded into the mortgage industry as a Loan Originator and branch manager for a major lender, adding another dimension to her industry expertise. Throughout an ever-changing real estate market, she successfully led The Barnhardt Team while managing both real estate and mortgage operations, giving her a comprehensive understanding of every stage of the home buying process.

 Most recently, Barnhardt served as Assistant Team Leader and Career Development Director for Keller Williams Realty Delaware Beaches, where she dedicated herself to recruiting, coaching, and mentoring agents. Helping real estate professionals make the most of their careers has remained at the heart of Barnhardt's work throughout the decades, making her a natural fit for Premier's commitment to agent development and support.
