The Federal- Culinary Coast™ Restaurant Week Menu 2026


3 COURSES $45 or $65 with wine pariging

 

FIRST COURSE:

  • Yellow Tomato & Pineapple Gazpacho- English cucumber, yellow peppers, backyard mint (gf) (pb)

           OR

  • Cup of She Crab Soup


MAIN COURSE:

  • Cast Iron Delmarva Chicken- herbed basmati, Andouille sausage, holy trinity shellfish gumbo, shaved green onions

           OR

  • Pan Sauteed Chesapeake Rockfish- shrimp & egg fried basmati, ginger-carrot coulis, house kimchee (gf)

       

SIDES FOR THE TABLE TO SHARE (ADDITIONAL $7):

  • House-Made Warm Buttermilk Cornbread- herbed honey butter & green onion

           OR

  • Equinox Truffled Mac & Cheese- Elbow macaroni melted Gruyere & panko breadcrumb (veg)

 

DESSERT:

  • Ellen's Fred'burg Rum Cake with butter pecan gelato

  • Bittersweet Chocolate Pot au Creme- vanilla whipped cream, amarena cherries, cocoa nibs

  • Apple Pie Fritters- sugar & cinnamon dusted with vanilla ice cream
