We’ll join DE Sea Grant on the bay, collect some samples and head back to the University of Delaware College of Earth, Ocean & Environment’s lab for a look at microscopic sea life. Learn about the health of our coast and the marine life that call it home in this micro-to-macro look at Southern Delaware’s shores. Then, we’re off to Cape Henlopen State Park to seine the bay for an up-close-and-personal look at the creatures thriving in our bay system. This is hands-on, interactive tour is definitely for the naturally curious. You’ll never look at the coast the same way!
