Get Your Sweat On This July 4th Weekend with the Body Shop Fitness Center
Looking for something fun and memorable to do this July 4th weekend? The Body Shop Fitness Center hosts a Beach BRUTE Camp every Saturday at 8AM on Rehoboth Beach!
Beach “BRUTE” Boot Camp is instructed by coach Bruce Clayton, who brings this high-intensity interval training workout to Rehoboth Beach. Before each session, attendees meet at the Body Shop and walk down to the Wilmington Avenue beach for an hour of sandy, sweaty fun. No equipment is necessary; just bring some hydration and a lot of enthusiasm.
The drop-in fee for nonmembers is $15 per session. Shoes are optional on the beach. Beach Boot Camp is guaranteed to offer a good time and a great workout.
Not able to make the Beach BRUTE Camp, but want to get a great workout session in? The Body Shop offers a day pass for $15, 3 days (consecutive) for $36, a weekly pass for $45, a 10-visit stamp card that never expires for $100, monthly passes for $79, a seasonal membership with Memorial Day to Labor Day gym use.
The Body Shop is open seasonally and during July 4th weekend: Monday-Saturday 6AM-8PM, and Sunday 8AM-6PM.
