This introductory class provides an opportunity to learn basic yoga poses, practice and ask questions in a non-judgmental, supportive environment. We'll explore what it really means to 'practice yoga' on and off the mat. You'll begin simply moving and breathing mindfully in order to release emotional and physical weights while lightening your mind, body and spirit!
Rest assured, yoga is for every...body! Modifications and assistance will be provided to facilitate your unique experience.
Class Fee: $20 (Love to learn? Inquire about a discounted class pass!) Please wear comfortable clothing, bring a mat (we have extras to borrow!), water bottle, small towel and an open mind!
