Course 1: Appetizer

  • Tomato & Red Pepper Bisque- with mini sourdough grilled cheese

           OR

  • Salt Roasted Beet Salad- Red & Golden beets, arugula, orange supremes, whipped Boursin cheese, candied pecans, chili vinaigrette


Course 2: Entree

  • Seafood Cioppino- Clams, mussels, shrimp, tomato-white wine broth, toasted sourdough

           OR

  • Chicken Chesapeake- Crab imperial topped chicken breast, Old Bay cream, parmesan risotto, grilled asparagus

           OR

  • Cauliflower Steak- Spiced Cauliflower, harissa romesco, glazed baby carrots, chili fried chickpeas


Course 3: Dessert

  • Americake- Red, White & Blue layer cake w/ whipped cream

           OR

  • Banana Foster- Bananas Foster Dome w/ salted caramel
