  • TERIYAKI CHICKEN STIR FRY- Grilled chicken, sautéed pepper and onions, carrots, broccoli served over white rice and teriyaki glaze

  • BLACKENED MAHI MAHI- Blackened Mahi served over sweet corn purée with sous vide Yukon potatoes, mango salsa and seasonal vegetables

  • SUMMER STEAK FRITES- Iron-seared beef tenderloin served with zucchini fries, truffle parmesan Yukon potato fritters, chimichurri saucce and a side of spicy cilantro ranch
