Nanticoke Health Services is pleased to announce that Lisa Ball has been named Employee of the Month for November 2017.

Lisa began her career at Nanticoke Health Services in October 2014 as a Medical Assistant (MA) at Nanticoke Physician Network (NPN) Pulmonary and Critical Care. She has since learned the MA role in other NPN specialties in order to assist with coverage.

Lisa is an integral part of the NPN team. She is looked to as a leader within the pulmonology practice and as a “go to” person by her floor lead and teammates. Lisa demonstrates an incredible work ethic and is committed to providing high-quality patient care. She consistently exhibits role model behavior by assisting wherever she is needed and taking on additional responsibilities whenever asked. This past year, Lisa has continued to develop in her role by completing the NPN Preceptor Workshop and acting as a member of the Cerner Super-User team.

Outside of work, Lisa dedicates her time to her family and plays a large role in all of their lives. Lisa has a son, daughter, and three grandchildren that she enjoys spending time with. Lisa and her boyfriend are Harley Davison enthusiasts and enjoy going to Ocean City Bike Week.

Nanticoke appreciates all of Lisa’s hard work and dedication. Please join us in congratulating her as the Employee of the Month for November 2017!
