The Body Shop Fitness Center has been serving the Rehoboth Beach community since 1989. Guy and Tina Marcozzi have been Body Shop members since 2016.

- How long have you been living in the area?
“We had a family house in Bethany and Rehoboth since the 1970’s and after a 10 year stint on the Jersey shore, we bought our own house in Rehoboth in 2016. We moved here full time at the beginning of the pandemic and are loving it.”
- What is your favorite thing about living at the beach?
“We can walk or bike to almost anywhere we want to be. We love the variety of great restaurants and bars without driving. Plus, every day that ends with sand in your toes is a good day.”
- What is your favorite thing about your business/profession?
“Tina and I are both at the end of our careers and what stands out most are the great people we have had the opportunity to work for and with.”
- Why did you incorporate fitness into your life?
“It just makes you feel good, plus it helps us prepare for what will hopefully be a long and healthy retirement. Tina and I go to the gym together which is a nice shared experience and has been part of our routine since the kids moved out. We look forward to seeing the handful of regulars each time and to see these nice people share our routine.”
- When did you start working out at the Body Shop?
“We joined on an occasional Stamp Card 10 pass when we bought the house here in 2016. Once we began living here full time, we joined with the annual pass. The Body Shop has everything you need, great people and is a terrific value!”
- Health Tip:
“Sleep is incredibly important to good health. 8 hours per night for us every night.”

“Adam is such a nice guy. Clearly he’s a health nut, but he’s so approachable that you almost start to believe you can be that healthy. Of course you can’t, because he is super fit, but he is motivating and fun to be around. Plus Adam is a great family man and community guy. We’re glad to know him.
