  1. How long have you been living in the area?

KT: “ I have been living in the area most of my life! I was born on Delmarva, in PRMC, the then hospital of Salisbury, Maryland. I grew up at a boy scout camp, surrounded by cornfields and chicken houses! I started getting Summer jobs here at the beach as soon as i was old enough to drive! I’ve now been living at the beach, beginning in Lewes and now in Rehoboth since 2011!”

2.  What is your favorite thing about living at the beach?

KT: “My favorite thing about living at the beach has to be sunrise and sunset walks in the salt air with my best boy, Basil.”

3. What is your favorite thing about your business/profession?

KT: “My favorite thing about my profession is that I get to be of service to others! It is an honor to serve likeminded folks healthy food and drinks that are prepared by our hands with love and good intentions in a fun, clean and healthy environment!”

4. Why did you incorporate fitness into your life?

KT: “Fitness has been important throughout my life, especially playing sports with my younger brother growing up and team sports throughout high school and college. I slipped away from these activities after school and definitely notice negative effects the longer I had been out of practice. It was time to regain strength and to feel better in my own skin. I have to keep up with Basil!”

5. When did you start working out at the Body Shop?

KT: “I began working out at the Body Shop just about two years ago in February. An incredibly generous Santa Claus helped me to get started!”

6.  Favorite health tip to share:

KT: “If I could share just one tip about Health, it would be to take a bath, with epsom salts (lavender is my favorite), any chance you get!!”

7. Quote:

KT: “The first time I came into the Body Shop, Adam helped me to get oriented in the gym and set me on track to begin a routine that could dust off the now older shoulders! He also provided some helpful tips about my diet that blew my mind. One of these went something like, “So, not drinking alcohol is a great start! But, that frozen caramel coffee has at least 2,000 calories in it!” Adam, Frances, Luke & Bruce have all been helpful in my journey at the gym! Bruce is definitely in the dictionary next to the words “Iron Man.” Thank you all!! Peace & Love.”
