Oct. 10- Baltimore Aveunue BLOCK PARTY by CAMP Rehoboth

Event has passed

CAMP Rehoboth proudly produces it’s 6th Annual Block Party being held on the second block of Baltimore Avenue, in downtown Rehoboth Beach on SUNDAY, October 10th from 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
Everyone is invited to attend CAMP Rehoboth’s annual day of celebration and performances, with vendors including local restaurants, caterers, businesses, non-profits, and other organizations.
"It is a lot of work, but we also have a lot of fun producing the Block Party and do it for everyone in the Community to enjoy." said Anita Broccolino, Development Director at CAMP Rehoboth. "Our business and restaurant neighbors along Baltimore Avenue benefit from the extra foot-traffic, as do all of the downtown stores. And we love seeing everyone out and having a great time in a safe, fun and equitable environment."

Live MUSIC and performers will fill the air all day on the mainstage located at CAMP Rehoboth, including well-known and loved performers like Bettenroo and performer Kristina Kelly. CAMP Rehoboth appreciates all of our sponsors who help us make this event possible, especially our top Sponsors: Beebe Healthcare, IG Burton Mercedes and BMW, The Pines/AQUA and Compass Chris Beagle Group Realty, as well as the Delaware Division of the Arts.
COVID Safety precautions will be in place: with vendor booths more distanced from one another than normal. Volunteers will help monitor the number of attendees to help with crowd flow.

CAMP Rehoboth is the only LGBTQ+ Community Center in Delaware.  We seek to promote community well-being on all levels; to foster the development of community groups; to develop community space; to promote human and civil rights; to work against prejudice and discrimination; to lessen tensions among the community at large; and to help foster the economic growth of the area. We work toward these ends through activities such as Health and Wellness Classes and Programs, free HIV and STD testing, free counseling and support groups, Bus Trips and Travel groups, Information and History Presentations, Social and Professional Networking, Programs directed at and in support of our Youth and Seniors, Art Exhibitions and Art Workshops, and our CROP Program which goes out into the larger surrounding area to volunteer and offer services to other community organizations.

Become a member of CAMP Rehoboth ( https://www.camprehoboth.com/camp-membership) and help sustain the amazing community programming or just come by to sit on the rocking chairs on the front porch to enjoy people watching. Or roll up your sleeves and Volunteer with us.  Ask for Anita, who always loves new volunteers to help produce events and steward our members.  We look forward to seeing you!   www.camprehoboth.com , 302-227-5620
