Speed, Agility, and Quickness Training
Factory Sports in Lewes will be hosting a 6-week Speed, Agility and Quickness Program for youth athletes. The program start Monday, March 2 and runs through Monday, April 6. The sessions will start at 5:30 pm and last until 6:30 pm.
SAQ Training may also be beneficial with regards to increasing jumping ability and muscle strengthening. It does not matter if you are wrestler, lacrosse player, field hockey player, basketball player, or an athlete is another sport; increasing your awareness and ability in speed, agility, and quickness is a must. Our coaching staff will work with participants in a fun, safe, and positive environment for 6-weeks. Each session will last 60 minutes.
Our Speed, Agility, and Quickness Training Program for youth athletes will focus on improving the following:
- Running Mechanics
- High-Speed Changes of Direction
- Foot Quickness
- Reaction Time
We are excited to announce that Coach Ellis Gaulden will be leading the session. Factory Sports Program Director, Brad Leinbach; “Ellis has done a wonderful job with the athletes at Cape Henlopen High School. He is well respected in the community and has a tremendous athletic background of his own. We are thrilled that he is able to help youth athletes train here at Factory Sports for this session.
