Member Socials- we are more than boating!
We had a great time during our monthly member social last week at @crookedhammockbrewery! Great food, beer, music, and members- what more could you ask for?
Did you know...
Along with being the nation’s oldest and largest boat club, we are also a social club and we throw monthly events for our members and guests!
Member Socials:
Monthly events where our members and their guests can get to know other local people with similar interests, ranging from group boating days, brewery tours, concerts, holiday parties, lighthouse adventures, etc!
Diva Days:
Monthly events specifically for the women in the club designed to encourage and empower women to take the helm and meet other like-minded ladies. We have gone on a trip through Massey’s Landing to work on navigational skills in shallow water, a Champagne cruise up the Broadkill River on a pontoon, trivia nights, wine tastings, etc!
Educational Seminars:
Regularly scheduled events to promote continuous learning and teach new skills, generally relating to the boating industry. These events range from fishing seminars, CPR Certification, understanding the local tides and bays, knot tying, etc!
