14th Recovery Walk held on Boardwalk

The 14th Annual Recovery Walk was held Sept. 19 on the Rehoboth Boardwalk in celebration of National Recovery Month. Partnering for the event were Thresholds and the Delaware Division of Public Health’s Medical Reserve Corps.
Thresholds is a private rehab located in Georgetown that specializes in the treatment of alcoholism, opioid addiction, substance abuse and dual diagnosis. The Division of Public Health Medical Reserve Corps was at the walk offering training for Narcan utilization to reverse the effects of overdoses.
