Dr. Christopher Baldt of Long Neck Chiropractic spoke at the AARP Chapter 4903 January luncheon.
Baldt has been in private practice serving the residents of Delaware since 1989 and in Sussex County since 1996. He also is trained in equine and small animal chiropractic, acupressure and pain point relief techniques. His presentation focused on health tips for seniors during the changing seasonal weather.
The next AARP Chapter luncheon will be at 12 p.m., Wednesday, Feb. 27, at Ocean Grill in the Shoppes at Long Neck, Millsboro. Cost is $11 for the luncheon and presentation. Reservations are required. For more information and reservations, call Norma at 302-945-4895.
