Country chic alfresco dining highlighted the spring season at Abbott’s Mill Nature Center in Milford May 18, honoring the historic and cultural importance of grist mills. Guests were decked out in flannel and country chic under twinkling lights for a menu prepared by Chef Josh Wiggins of Blue Water Grill, with Josh Nash’s vegetables and beverages by Dogfish Head Craft Brewery. Homestead Bluegrass Band kept the atmosphere hopping with tunes. Before dessert attendees watched an exclusive showing of Patagonia's ‘Unbroken Ground,” a short film highlighting the regenerative agriculture movement.
