American Legion Post 28 to host Memorial Day service June 1

American Legion Post 28 announced it will hold a Memorial Day ceremony at noon, Monday, June 1, at its pavilion. All are welcome.
Following the ceremony, participants and guests are welcome to come into the post as the commander’s guests to purchase food and drinks. The post will have its soft opening that day, with limited capacity based on the Delaware phase 1 guidelines.
Post 28 members thank the Long Neck Sunrise Rotary Club for its display on the property of more than 75 flags honoring veterans.
Located at 31768 Legion Road, Millsboro, the post will be open from 10 a.m. until closing seven days/week with a full kitchen menu. Reservations are required per the phase 1 guidelines.
