Schell Brothers was recognized with 47 accolades at this year’s Regal Awards, celebrating excellence across the Delaware homebuilding industry in design, construction, marketing, sales and customer experience.
The company earned 29 individual awards and 18 sales volume awards, with recognition spanning multiple communities, model homes, marketing campaigns and team members.
The Stonefield at Bridgewater received multiple honors, including: Delaware Community Home of the Year, Best Active Adult Community Home (more than 3,000 sq. ft.) Best Green/Sustainable Home (3,000-4,000 sq. ft.) Best Interior Merchandising and Best Home Design.
The Whimbrel at Walden was recognized with: Best Active Adult Community Home (up to 3,000 sq. ft.) and Best Luxury Community Home (2,000-3,000 sq. ft.).
The Baylight at Channel Pointe earned awards for: Best Luxury Community Home (5,000+ sq. ft.), Best Bathroom Design and Best Primary Suite Design.
Welches Pond was honored for: Community of the Year in Sussex County, Best Clubhouse Design and Best Interior Merchandising for a Clubhouse.
Additional honors included Best Logo: Serenity at Cubbage Pond and Best Hardscape Design: Creative Courtyards.
Schell Brothers was also recognized for excellence in marketing and creative campaigns, earning awards for: Best Website, Best Video for “Schell-ter Skip Day,” Best Event for Beachfront Banter, Best Print Campaign for Schell Brothers at Channel Pointe, Best Digital Campaign for Schell Style 2025 and Best Marketing Campaign for Why Buy New.
Several individual team members and departments were also recognized for their leadership and contributions: Administrative Professional of the Year: Ann-Margaret Donato; Construction Team of the Year: Andrew Brickey, Dave Church and Jared Hubert; Designer of the Year: Cathie Sheetz; Rookie Salesperson of the Year: Tess Mariner; Salesperson with the Highest Dollar Volume: Natalie Hay; Superintendent of the Year: Jerry Shea; and Warranty/Service Manager of the Year: Tom Krause.
