Banker teaches financial literacy lesson to Rehoboth third-graders

Willis Bininger from Artisans’ Bank visited Stephanie Collick's third-grade class at Rehoboth Elementary School April 12.
As part of the Teach Children to Save curriculum, Bininger gave students a lesson in financial literacy. Students played a money savings game to practice making deposits and withdrawals. They also completed a workbook on savings tools. Each student was given a $5 savings card. This lesson tied in with the mini-society unit and economics curriculum standards.
