Please express my congratulation for choosing to uphold the standards of Rehoboth Beach and ruling that the Beach Walk development is a major subdivision.
I believe this decision will maintain the quality of life in the Rehoboth Beach community. It was a tough decision but a good one to maintain and enhance this great community.
