Becker has grasp of past, present and future

May 13, 2022

I look forward to casting my ballot for Ted Becker for mayor of Lewes Saturday, May 14, at Lewes City Hall.  And I invite other concerned citizens of Lewes to review his qualifications and support his candidacy.

Even more important than Ted’s savvy leadership over the last 18 years – as mayor for eight years and member of city council for 10 – is his perspective that encompasses all aspects of this community, including business development, historic preservation and respect for our maritime heritage.

We need Ted to guide us through the next three years as the City of Lewes is working to improve subdivision regulations and the comprehensive plan. The fact that he knows what Lewes has been, he understands what it is now and he has a good sense of what would be best for the town in the future lets me know we need him as mayor in the next three years.

Vote for Ted Becker for mayor Saturday, May 14.
