This event is designed to educate, inspire, and empower women to make lasting changes and nurture community relationships.

This is a free event, but registration is requested; go to thinkbeyondpink2019.eventbrite.com.

Check-in begins at 8:30 a.m. Speaking at 9 a.m. will be Uday Jani, MD, internal medicine, integrative health, and functional medicine physician; at 10 a.m. the speaker will be Carolyn Trask, PhD, integrative mental health practitioner. A session of mind-body practice with breath work and gentle yoga will begin at 11 a.m.

“Think Beyond Pink is a day aimed at bringing women in our community together to focus on their health and wellness,” said Judith Ramirez, EdD, manager of Oncology Population Health with Beebe Healthcare. “Women in particular often face the difficulty of making time for self-care due to pressures and demands of work, family, and community. At this event, you will be empowered to make lasting changes for a happier and healthier life, and connect in conversation with Beebe physicians and other health resource partners.”
