Bethany Blues Mother’s Day brunch to-go orders due May 4
This Mother’s Day, Bethany Blues of Lewes is resurrecting its cherished brunch experience, beginning at 9 a.m. on a first-come, first-served basis, Sunday, May 16 at the Lewes location.
If there ever were a year when Mom doesn’t want to cook, it’s this year. She has cooked the family so many meals, and done so many virtual schooling sessions, that she deserves a COVID-19 MVP trophy. In lieu of that, the Bethany Blues team members think brunch is a great start.
This year’s brunch buffet will be modified a bit to fit COVID-19 standards and observe social distancing. The brunch buffet will showcase everyone’s favorite items including Angie’s famous omelet station, brisket and ham carving station, Belgian waffles, assorted desserts, shrimp, smoked salmon, Surf Bagel’s signature bagels, barbecued meats, Blues’ famous pigs on the wing and more.
For those who are not yet coming out into the wild to enjoy brunch, Blues is also at the ready with its Mother’s Day Brunch to-go menu that can accommodate two to 10 people. To-go menu offerings include full brunch, a la carte items, and a great boozy menu of mimosas, crushes, bloodies and bourbon flights.
No reservations will be taken; the buffet will be first-come, first-served from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.. Dinner will be served beginning at 3 p.m.
Buffet price is $26 per person and $12 per child. Additional kids’ menu items will be available. To place to-go orders by Tuesday, May 4, call 302-644-2500.
