BHHS Gallo Realty celebrates innovation at annual sales convention

April 8, 2018

Agents and team members of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Gallo Realty attended the BHHS Affiliates Network Annual Sales Convention March 4-6  in San Antonio, Texas. This year’s event was themed Innovation: People, Passion, Purpose, Promise, and it showcased the innovative technology projects and marketing initiatives underway to help franchisees grow.

Inspiring and energetic, Gino Blefari, Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Affiliates president and CEO, opened the convention with a keynote presentation about the current real estate market and the critical need for the BHHS network to continue to innovate. Most importantly, Blefari stressed that innovation must blend high tech and high touch.

“Our professional value must not only extend far beyond the technological powers of artificial intelligence and digital reach, but we must also appreciate that consumers are not artificially intelligent,” said Blefari.

More than 4,300 of the 45,000 real estate professionals in the Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices network attended. As always, BHHS celebrated the accomplishments of its top network brokerages, teams and agents from 2017.

For the fourth year in a row, BHHS Gallo Realty was honored to be named to the Elite Circle, ranking No. 41 out of more than 300 BHHS companies in the network.

“We were very proud to move from No. 47 to No. 41. It’s a testament to our knowledgeable and professional sales associates, and our loyal clients and customers,” said Gallo Realty Vice President Andrew Ratner.

Also honored at the convention were The Lee Ann Wilkinson Group and Barbara Morales Associates. Lee Ann Wilkinson and Lee Ann Wilkinson Group CFO Chris Holt were honored on stage as their team ranked No. 4 for sales volume in the network. Wilkinson also revisited the stage when she was awarded the 25-Year Legend Award, recognizing sales associates who have achieved the top sales-volume award, the Chairman’s Circle Award, for 25 consecutive years.

Barbara Morales of Barbara Morales Associates was honored at the Awards Recognition Luncheon for achieving the Chairman’s Circle Gold Award. This award represents the top 2 percent of the 45,000 agents in the network.

“Our sales professionals are always focusing on ways to become better, stronger, and wiser for their clients and customers,” said Ratner. “We are proud to have received these honors and be recognized alongside some of North America’s most prestigious real estate brokerages. Our network members are committed to service excellence and client satisfaction, as well as being innovators in our industry.”
