Blayney rejoins RE/MAX Realty Group Rehoboth

November 15, 2018

RE/MAX Realty Group Rehoboth has announced that Realtor Bob Zando Blayney is the latest addition to the growing real estate franchise. Blayney brings to the office 20 years of local real estate experience.

“I’m excited to rejoin the most productive real estate network in the U.S., and heighten the buying and selling experience for my clients”, Blayney said. “With the economy improving, it’s a great time to buy real estate.”

“I am very pleased that Bob has returned to RE/MAX Realty Group and our team of highly trained professionals. I know his background and experience will prove to be an asset to his clients”, said Nora Martin, broker of record of RE/MAX Realty Group Rehoboth.

Blayney has come back to RE/MAX Realty Group, where he started his career as a realtor, with over 20 years’ experience in Delaware in residential and commercial sales and renovations. Blayney specialized in residential and commercial market studies for Westinghouse, Boise Cascade and the World Bank while living in Washington, D.C. He was also an active partner in a successful redevelopment firm, Blayney, Bowers & Thomas.

Bob and his wife Libby Zando moved from Washington, D.C. to Lewes in 1978 and then to Milton in 1988. In 2000, with their partners, they developed a unique neighborhood on the Broadkill River in downtown Milton. They set aside seven acres of wetlands woods, named Preserve on the Broadkill. The new community is nearly built-out, attracting residents from many metropolitan areas, and has received praise as one of the finest neighborhoods in Milton.

In addition to helping community members find the right property, Blayney is also passionate about giving back to his community. He served two terms on the Milton Town Council, has been a member of the Economic Development Committee for 10 years and was a founding board member of the nonprofit Milton Theatre.

Blayney would be pleased to show clients the many areas of Sussex County from the beach to the inland communities. He enjoys helping clients through the involved process of choosing a home, obtaining financing and finally settlement. Blayney can be reached at 302-227-4800, cellphone 302-841-8348 or email bzblayney1@gmail.com.
