Book talk with mystery writer Debra H. Goldstein set May 26

May 19, 2021

The Lewes Public Library and Browseabout Books will host author Debra H. Goldstein for a discussion of her new book “Four Cuts Too Many” in a live, online conversation at 5 p.m., Wednesday, May 26, via Zoom.

The latest book in the popular Sarah Blair Mystery series, Goldstein’s “Four Cuts Too Many,” finds Sarah working as a law firm receptionist, pitching in as co-owner of her twin sister's restaurant, and caretaking for her regal Siamese RahRah and rescue dog Fluffy, with no time to enjoy life's finer things. Divorced and sort-of dating, she's considering going back to school, but is truly more suited for sleuthing and criminal justice. When the local cooking college’s director is found dead with a knife in his back, Sarah’s friend Grace, a cutlery expertise instructor, finds herself in hot water. To clear her friend's name, Sarah must sharpen her own skills to uncover an elusive killer.

Goldstein will be joined in conversation by author Cheryl Hollon, author of the popular Webb Glass Shop and Paint & Shine mystery series.

The discussion is free to the public. Registration is required. To sign up, go to lewes.lib.de.us and visit the Virtual Programs for Adults page.

Participants also are encouraged to support the author by purchasing a copy of the book from local independent bookstore Browseabout Books. Each copy purchased comes with an archival bookplate signed by the author. Orders may be placed online at browseaboutbooks.com, by calling the store at 302-226-2665, or in person at 133 Rehoboth Ave., Rehoboth Beach.
