Chapter Two Boutique is located on a little triangle at the corner of Savannah Road and Wescoats Road. Cape Deli and On the Glow Spray Tans just opened on the same campus.

Gina Verhalen is proud of her little thrift-tique just outside Lewes.
Chapter Two is now open at 1546 Savannah Road at the corner of Wescoats Road.
Verhalen said she is all about offering quality items for less.
"It's new and thrifted clothing, so you can keep the prices down when you shop. I love boutique shopping, but I wanted something that was more reasonably priced," Verhalen said.
Verhalen said this is her first brick-and-mortar store. She had been selling clothes online and at home shows.
"Lugging the clothes all the time and packing everything up got old quickly," she said.
Verhalen pointed to the little furry purses with pearl straps as a signature item.
"I keep selling out of them and buying more," she said.
There is also a variety of patriotic clothing, perfect for celebrating America's 250th birthday.
Verhalen was a school teacher for 25 years in New Jersey, but has family connections in Lewes.
"We love Lewes, always have," she said. "We came down and bought a place, and I said, 'I'm not done working. I've always been in love with fashion, so this is it, this is what I'm going to do, and we'll make this happen.'"
Verhalen has another element in her favor: Chapter Two is one of three new retail businesses revitalizing the corner triangle.
Cape Deli and On the Glow Spray Tans just recently opened steps away.
"This corner seemed to be reviving," she said. "There are three new businesses on this one little campus, so I thought it would be a good time to start something new. We're hopefully all going to be working together. They're great people."
